the China Public Management Academic Annual Conference (2020) / the 6th Public Management Young Scholars Forum were held at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China on 13-15 November, 2020. Ph.D student Wang Changzheng, postgraduate students Peng Yu and Peng Yang were invited to attend the conference and make presentations. This academic conference was hosted by the Public Management Professional Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association and the Youth Working Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association. Nearly 200 scholars and experts from dozens of well-known universities and scientific research institutions across the country gathered to present their latest research results and academic views on 26 topics under the theme of "Smart Society and Modernization of National Governance".
